• Lead purchasing and procurement activities for all salon and spa locations.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and sourcing to ensure quality, cost savings, and supply reliability.
• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, and stock allocation across multiple locations.
• Implement inventory controls to minimize stock shortages, overstocking, and waste.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data to improve forecasting and operational efficiency.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate through regular monitoring, audits, and reconciliation.
• Lead the digitization, automation, and continuous improvement of purchasing and inventory processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into purchasing and inventory performance.
• Supervise and develop purchasing and inventory team members while driving accountability and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Store Management to support business goals and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing purchasing operations for multiple locations, branches, retail stores, salons, restaurants, clinics, or similar multi-unit businesses is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience improving, digitizing, or automating purchasing and inventory processes.
• Experience supervising or leading a purchasing, inventory, or procurement team.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, procurement, or business management software is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
