Brand Supervisor

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Supervisor to lead brand development, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in branding, campaign management, and social media marketing, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to execute impactful marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing channels.
• Plan and manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, E-commerce, and Sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Oversee social media branding and content strategies to strengthen customer engagement.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and market trends.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and business partners when necessary.
• Manage branding materials and ensure compliance with Company brand guidelines.
• Prepare regular reports on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Brand Supervisor, Brand Executive, Social Media Supervisor, Marketing Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in branding, digital marketing, campaign management, and social media marketing.
• Excellent understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
• Experience in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
