About the role

Join the dynamic team at iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation as a Business Development Officer. In this full-time position based in Iloilo City, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base.

Leveraging your sales expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, you will identify and secure new partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

Proactively research and identify prospective clients within the target market
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage potential clients
Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored solutions
Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to make sure new client projects are completed successfully
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good business sense and deep understanding of marketing principles
Degree in Business and other related fields is an advantage
With or without experience in Sales
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
