Project Management Coordinator
The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for maintaining project documentation.

Proactive monitoring of created WOs in the master list.
Performs Real-Time monitoring of WOs using MyBSS, ICCBS, OWFM
Acts as Flow-Thru Manager per assigned client (help increase installation flowthru).
Real-time updating for WOs in Masterlist.
Manages WOs upon delay to closure (Install or cancel).
Manage WOs future bookings to early dates.
Coordinates with VAMS -for New Reservations, change in the facility, etc. Serviceability reruns.
Coordinates with TELESALES for Call out (e.g.correction of address, verify cancellation, undecided, etc.)
Coordinates with CFS SPOCs (not field tech) to prioritize and manage WOs in the field.
Coordinates directly with Account Managers to manage customer-related delays that will require cancellation or cancellation and rebook.
Coordinates with CXM for cancel and rebooking process (Ex. Change Facility, wrong facility assigned)
Generates Report and Support Account Managers during status report with Client
Performs once or twice a week reporting to customer SPOC on the order status
Supports Top 15-20 Enterprise Customers inside the Program on all Broadband Orders
Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Related Work Experience – At least 2-3 years of experience in the same role.- Highly experienced in handling complex projects following SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experienced in deployment and release management
- Previous experience in handling 10 to 15-man roster project/s
Knowledge – Knowledgeable in the following:
- Web and Mobile Applications.

- Must have the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Must have the ability to do software release project management and resource planning.
- Must have good leadership skills, risk management, client interfacing, and decision-making skills.
- Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision and able to guide new team members.
- Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
