Posted on 25 July 2025- Drive a vehicle for official travel and business, or as requested by the Representative.
- Maintain a high standard of service to both internal and external guests.
- Ensure punctuality and safe transport and controls speed during operations
- Knows safety procedures for driving the equipment.
- Knows their responsibility regarding the on-time assigned schedule.
- Return the key to Office In-charge after the assigned job has been done.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned unit.
- Fill up a daily checklist of the equipment and report any defective parts immediately.
- Fill up daily trip schedules and pass them on time.
- Report immediately to the head any incident/ accident that happened
- Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept secure at all times.
- Ensure the vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
- Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, and prepare vehicle spare parts inventory.
- Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- High School Level or Vocational Graduate.
- Must have a Driver's License with 123/1238 License Restriction Code.
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Willing to be assigned within Western Visayas.
