POSITION SUMMARY

In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for generating sales for the company in coordination with the Sales Support Team. The incumbent is expected to attend appointments with clients scheduled by the Sales Support Associates, discuss the specifics of the visa they wish to apply for, and provide other relevant information.

They will engage with leads, addressing all important details to ensure clients have a thorough understanding of the visa process. The role also involves providing end-to-end assistance to clients, including answering questions, reviewing necessary documents, and updating the status of applications.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Review daily goals
Assess, meet and attend to clients
Attend trainings
Update client status sheet tracker
Check and read email messages

ARE YOU FIT?

Graduate of Business Administration/Marketing or any related course.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to strictly work with confidential information.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Has interest in Content Writing.
Must possess strong design and organizational skills.
Customer Service/Sales/Marketing-related work experience is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
