General Services Associate

The General Services Associate will be responsible for assessing the value of company assets such as Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) vehicles, company vehicle and furniture (FFE), and other forms of company assets after a thorough inspection and provide a valuation based on standard guidelines:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles validation of Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) and conducts vehicle inspection of incoming Voluntary Surrendered (VS)/Repossessed units.
• Responsible for implementing standard policies and procedures on asset appraisal and warehouse management.
• Uploads duly approved Vehicle Appraisal Reports in the system.
• Inspects Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) inventory in NCR and provincial warehouses.
• Assists and drives vehicles as the needs arise during vehicle movements in warehouse facilities.
• Files and safe keep original copies of documents/records.
• Performs month-end physical inventory of company assets.
• Coordinates with other Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee members in the planning, development, and monitoring of the implementation of the OSH Program.
• Monitors and inspects any health or safety aspects of the operations being undertaken with the participation of all employees.
• Assists government inspectors in conducting safety and health inspections at any time whenever work is being performed or during an accident investigation by providing necessary information and OSH reports as required by the OSH standards.

Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related courses.
• With experience in handling various administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Preferably with Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Safety Officer 1 (SO1).
• Above-average oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Cabuyao, Laguna.
