Lead Commercial Pricing Analyst

Own and harmonize pricing frameworks, discount structures, and price changes across APAC
- Act as finance partner in distributor negotiations and government tenders
- Build pricing roadmaps to support long‑range and annual business planning
- Lead financial modelling for new product launches and commercial initiatives
- Support revenue and gross profit forecasting across quarterly, annual, and long‑range cycles
- Deliver detailed revenue and GP analysis for monthly business reviews
- Collaborate with global pricing teams to share best practices and improve processes
- Drive automation and visualization of regional revenue reporting

A successful Lead Commercial Pricing Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
- Experience with managing APAC is a plus, but open to Philippines scope only.
- Proven experience in product pricing, budget forecasting, revenue forecasting, and gross profit analysis
- Strong financial modelling, variance analysis, and business partnering skills
- Confident communicator able to present to senior and global stakeholders
- Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or BI tools are a plus
- Exposure to high‑impact regional and global commercial decisions
