Coordinate and supervise work being performed by subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions to minimize project delays.
Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, material counts, and change orders for stakeholder review.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldProject Engineer: 4 - 5 years experience (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and safety.Excellent problem-solving skills to address site issues and manage risks effectively.
Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and documentation purposes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
