Medical Sales Representative and Marketing Officer

• Promote and present the company's medical aesthetic products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular clinic and hospital visits to develop new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Introduce new products, product features, and promotional programs.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, purchasing officers, and medical staff.
• Organize and coordinate product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and educational meetings.
• Assist during workshops, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and product launch events.
• Prepare quotations, product information, brochures, and promotional materials for clients.
• Monitor customer feedback and market activities and report competitor information.
• Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs and Customer Support teams regarding customer inquiries and documentation when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
• Support marketing activities through social media promotion, digital campaigns, and customer engagement when required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Representative is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in presenting products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Willing to conduct field work and visit clinics within assigned areas.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Willing to learn about medical aesthetic procedures and products.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva or social media platforms is an advantage.
• Must possess a professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Work Nature

This position is primarily field-based and involves regular visits to dermatology clinics, plastic surgery clinics, aesthetic clinics, and hospitals.

The Medical Representative will also participate in:
