About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a key strategic role within the organization.

As Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. You will also be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring that our people practices support sustainable business growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee human resource policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and statutory requirements.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
  • Lead recruitment and selection activities to ensure the company attracts and retains qualified talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to senior management and department heads on HR matters, employment law, and employee relations concerns.
  • Design and implement employee training and development programs that promote professional growth and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Monitor and report key HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with applicable labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and data protection requirements.
  • Lead initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall organizational wellbeing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Professional HR certifications or equivalent credentials are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8- 10+ years of progressive experience in human resource management, preferably in generalist HR, consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong background in HR strategy, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems, payroll software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in managing change initiatives and improving HR processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term organizational goals.
