Full-time / Job Description:
Must be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt easily to assigned tasks.
Has good writing and communication skills.
Preferably female, 25–40 years old.
Can start immediately.
Handle and monitor various accounts, including employee advances (unliquidated advances), communication expenses (personal consumption), dues to PHILHEALTH and PAG-IBIG, asset inventory (fixed assets and supplies), and accounts payable to suppliers/clients.
Prepare billing and service invoices and monitor collections and other related activities.Perform other tasks as may be assigned or required.
Job Qualifications / Skills: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any accounting-related course.
At least 2–3 years of experience in billing and collections, payroll, and disbursements.Must be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt easily to assigned tasks.
Has good writing and communication skills.
Preferably female, 25–40 years old.
Can start immediately.
Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
