SHUTTLE DRIVER / FACILITY STAFF (URGENT)

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver/Facility Staff to join our team. The position involves transporting people/things to the designated locations, assisting guests and staff members as needed, maintaining/cleaning/fixing facility and equipment and helping provide a safe and welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students, employees, visitors, documents, and company belongings to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery while following assigned schedules and routes.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of company vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Assist in setting up rooms, furniture, and equipment for meetings, trainings, and company events.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of office, dormitory, and facility areas.
• Support facility cleaning, repairs, and maintenance, including fixing damaged fixtures.
• Assist in monitoring office supplies and facility equipment.
• Follow company safety policies, traffic regulations, and operational procedures at all times.
• Provide general administrative and operational support when required.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• With a valid driver’s license
• Can drive manual and automatic vehicles
• Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual
• Basic knowledge of minor repairs is an advantage
