• Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of customer solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Regularly report on sales activities and provide insights to the wider business.

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Sales industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales reporting.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving targets.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
