Amazon Account Health Specialist
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9 AM - 5PM EST
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Health Specialist to manage and maintain the health of our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling Amazon account health issues, opening and managing Seller Support cases, responding to policy violations, and monitoring customer feedback to ensure account compliance and performance.
Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain the overall health of our Amazon Seller Central account.
- Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Support cases until resolution.
- Respond to account health notifications, policy violations, and performance warnings.
- Monitor and address negative customer feedback and product reviews when appropriate.
- Investigate and resolve listing, catalog, and account-related issues.
- Prepare and submit appeals and Plans of Action (POAs) for account or listing reinstatements.
- Monitor key account health metrics, including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Valid Tracking Rate (VTR), Late Shipment Rate (LSR), and Customer Service Performance.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues affecting account performance.
- Maintain accurate records of cases, appeals, and resolutions.
- Stay current with Amazon policies and Seller Central updates.
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Account Health and seller performance metrics.
- Experience opening, managing, and escalating Seller Support cases.
- Experience handling customer feedback removal requests and resolving account performance issues.
- Knowledge of Amazon policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Experience preparing successful Plans of Action (POAs) and account appeals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
