Our awesome client, a leading company based in AU is looking for Digital Health Consultant professionals to be part of their team.
We are looking for Digital Health Consultant professionals who can help us take our member experience to a new level!
We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to join our virtual care team. In this teleconsult/call center-style nursing role, you’ll provide remote patient assessments, education, and chronic disease support.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- With patient care experience
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
Key Duties:
- Conduct telehealth assessments, including mental health
- Review medical history and determine treatment eligibility
- Provide patient-centered care and treatment planning
- Liaise with prescribers and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support admin tasks and team collaboration
- Schedule: Dayshift ? Work Setup: Full Onsite – Ortigas, Pasig City
