Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding, testing, and refining various components within systems or applications.Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral to delivering efficient and scalable software products that support organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, and incident response.
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code to streamline operations.
- Proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and implement robust solutions to enhance availability and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Manila office.

Job Responsibilities:
