Job Qualifications:

• Female / Male
• With bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and/or Hotel and Restaurant Management
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be knowledgeable in computer and experience in MS office programs
• Must have positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Must have an experience of motivating and leading a winning team
• Must have the ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
• Must know how to adjust with the environment and to different personalities
• Willing to work in Cebu City

Job Description:

• Ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction
• Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and also with co – employees by providing accurate and timely information and services
• Ensures with courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations, concerns, etc.
• Provide suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms, increase occupancy and revenue
• Adhere to standard operating procedures
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
• Adheres to company credit limit / floor limit policies and assist in servicing the guests during high volume periods
• Ensure Front office log book and hotel log book is always updated and actioned upon
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
