Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in the growth by increasing number of broker clients and properties that can be offered to people searching for their new dream home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in identifying new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry.
- Assisting the Business Development department in developing and championing new business processes, projects and products of Lamudi
- Building and expanding client database
- Supporting the onboarding of partners and clients and help maintain good and healthy relationships through effective liaising.
Minimum Qualification:
- 2-3 years relevant experience in sales or field sales
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal
- Great with building and maintaining client relationships
- Very strong sales & negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a high energy team
- Well organized & structured working style
