WFM Reporting Analyst - Teleperformance MOA
About the role
This is a full-time role as a WFM Reporting Analyst based at Teleperformance's office in Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a WFM Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and analysis to support the efficient management of workforce resources across Teleperformance's operations.
What you'll be doing- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and data visualisations to track key workforce management metrics
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, optimisation opportunities, and potential risks
- Partner with operations teams to gather requirements and provide actionable recommendations to improve scheduling, staffing, and productivity
- Automate reporting processes and create self-service tools to empower stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure workforce data and insights are integrated into broader business decision-making
- Continually seek ways to enhance reporting capabilities and drive data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- 3-5 years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or workforce management role, ideally within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Contact Centre industry
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation through the use of technology
- Passionate about using data to solve business problems and drive operational excellence
