We are looking for a Sports & Recreation Supervisor.

As a Sports & Recreation Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Responsible for assisting the Sports & Recreation Manager in maintaining the smooth and efficient daily operations of the department
• Overseeing the implementation of planned Sports & Recreation activities to ensure that facilities, equipment and services provided to guests are in accordance with standards
• Takes initiative and assists in designing suitable activities for specific age groups for the guests
• Supervise the team performance and process flow
• Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
• Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Loves interacting with guests and customers
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
