About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC'. This is a full-time role based in Cainta Rizal, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued travel clients.As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective assistance with their inquiries.
What You'll Be Doing- Handling inbound calls from customers with a wide range of travel-related queries and requests
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers about our products, services and policies
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhering to call quality and performance metrics to ensure a consistently high level of service
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the travel industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing customer needs
