Position: Social Media Associate

Overview:
The Corporate Communications Associate is primarily responsible for generating interaction among users of the company social social media accounts namely Facebook, twitter and Instagram. Position needs to engage Company fans and followers and grow the numbers.Also has to provide immediate customer service and escalate cases to the concerned departments.
- Regularly posts updates and photos on company events, news and programs in the social media channels to inform fans and followers on Company’s latest activities.
- Monitors Company fans and followers’ comments and social activities and reposts interesting ones that would highlight Company’s unique culture.
- Conceptualizes and facilitates contests in order to increase users’ participation and interaction.
- Provides customer service to fans and followers, answers inquiries and escalates cases to concerned departments.
- Prepares weekly social media reports for the senior leaders.
- Writes copies (content or text) for T-Life ads.
- Works closely with the Corporate Communications Officer and graphics team for advertisements and internal communications materials
Required skills + qualities (technical):
- Graduate in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Multi-media Arts or related careers
- At least 1 year managing online communities or as a communication or marketing assistant
- Knowledge and experience in community management on social media sites
- Knowledge and experience in writing news articles and taking photographs
