General Virtual Assistant - CSR and Sales Specialist - Tarlac
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional with at least 3 years of proven experience in both sales and virtual assistance. The ideal candidate will excel at driving revenue growth through B2B and B2C sales, managing client accounts, and supporting business operations virtually.This role requires a proactive, independent worker who can manage the full sales cycle while also handling administrative and operational support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth through prospecting, outreach, and follow-up via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Prepare and send persuasive sales communications, proposals, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.
Provide virtual assistant support, including managing schedules, handling emails, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Support international clients and adapt to flexible working hours across multiple time zones (UK, India, US).
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and general virtual assistance.
Strong track record in closing sales deals and achieving targets.
Skilled in solution selling and tailoring offerings to client needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to craft professional and persuasive emails.
Proficient in using digital tools for sales outreach, CRM systems, and virtual assistant tasks.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to international business environments.
