Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files

Support office tasks such as printing, scanning, and data encoding

Help coordinate meetings, appointments, or schedules

Provide general assistance to different departments as needed

Prepare simple reports, summaries, or forms under guidance

Ensure that office supplies are monitored and replenished

Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times

What We’re Looking For:

High school graduate; Senior high school graduate

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Comfortable using computers and basic office applications

Good communication and interpersonal skills
