Sert Technology Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in General Trias City, Cavite. Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the end-to-end sales closing process for qualified leads
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and budget
- Deliver tailored product/service presentations and proposals
- Handle objections and address client concerns effectively
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates
- Ensure smooth handover to account management or onboarding teams' post-sale
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales closing, business development, or account executive roles
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Pleasing personality with a professional, approachable, and client-focused demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple deals and prioritize effectively
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
