Senior Data Engineer

BGC, Taguig | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) | Midshift

Salary: Up to PHP 200,000 (depending on experience)

We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AWS, and Snowflake to build and optimize scalable cloud-based data solutions.

• At least 7 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Experience designing and maintaining modern cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, performance optimization, and large datasets.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data workflows.
• Build and optimize data solutions using Python, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Develop reliable ETL/ELT processes to support business reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of data platforms.
• Recommend and implement best practices for data engineering and cloud technologies.
