Civet Mktg and Distribution Inc. is looking for a determined and energetic Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote a company’s products or services and enhance brand awareness. Their work directly supports business growth and market positioning.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Planning and implementing marketing campaigns – Both digital and traditional strategies.
2. Market research and analysis – Understanding customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
3. Content creation and management – Developing marketing materials, social media content, and promotional assets.
4. Event and promotion coordination – Organizing product launches, trade shows, and brand events.
5. Monitoring campaign performance – Using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights to assess results.
6. Collaborating with sales and design teams – Ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
7. Managing budgets – Allocating and tracking marketing spend efficiently.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products or services
• Conducting market research, managing online and offline campaigns, creating content, and monitoring performance to ensure the business reaches its marketing objectives
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales for the company’s products or services.
• Coordinate marketing activities across various channels including digital platforms (social media, websites, emails), print materials, and events.
• Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) to engage with customers and promote brand awareness
• Assist in content creation for blogs, websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events such as product launches, trade shows, corporate events, and seminar.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations) for the sales team to present to potential clients.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A master's degree or additional certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and data interpretation
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms)
• Time management and organizational skills
• Experience:
• 1–3 years in a marketing or related role preferred (for junior roles)
• Portfolio of successful campaigns or marketing initiatives is beneficial
