Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist handles the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates, sending recruiting emails, resume screening and assessing candidates’ fitness to job in terms of Interview and examination.
Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible in recruitment procedures: receiving Recruitment Request Forms, Source profiles, Screens candidates and Maintains tracker.
- Schedule calls and Interview to Hiring Manager and other stakeholders involve in the process.
- Interview candidates via online or face to face meeting.
- Develops, maintains, and monitors HR file system.
- Provides advice and guidance to internal customers on HR Recruitment concerns to ensure that Recruitment policies are properly applied and implemented.
- Conducts pre – determined examination and reference check to all previous employment.
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics: Time to fill and Source of Hire
- Miscellaneous tasks within their scope of work, as assigned by the direct supervisor
