Job Overview

Your leadership will be key in maintaining the flow of products from suppliers to commissary to our stores—ensuring food safety, speed, and accuracy at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, dispatch, and returns.
• Enforce proper handling of F&B items to maintain quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse activities.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and regular audits.
• Monitor stock levels and optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Coordinate with procurement, commissary, and store teams for real-time inventory flow.

• Plan and execute delivery schedules to The Moment Group stores, balancing cost and service levels.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners, fleet vehicles, and route optimization.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely resolution of any logistics-related issues.

• Lead and train warehouse staff in safety, productivity, and food-handling standards.
• Monitor performance and build a strong team culture aligned with TMG’s values.

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, DOLE, sanitation).
• Uphold cleanliness, pest control, and warehouse safety protocols.

• Identify and implement continuous improvements in warehousing and distribution processes.
• Leverage technology and systems (e.g., WMS, inventory tools) for better visibility and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the Food & Beverage or FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, WMS platforms, and basic ERP tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge in cold storage handling and food safety compliance is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite and travel between warehouse and store locations when needed.
