Position: Loans Account OfficerDuties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluates borrower financial capacity, repayment ability, and collateral to determine eligibility for loan accommodations.
- Explains loan products, payment terms, documentary requirements, and related banking services to borrowers.
- Conducts client visits, borrower interviews, and field verification activities for loan applications and account monitoring.
- Prepares loan recommendations, credit investigation reports, payment schedules, and related loan documentation.
- Monitors loan accounts, repayment performance, and delinquent borrowers and initiates collection follow-ups when necessary.
- Maintains complete and updated borrower files, loan records, and supporting credit documents.
- Coordinates with branches and concerned units regarding loan processing, documentation deficiencies, and account concerns.
- Develops and maintains relationships with borrowers, referral partners, and prospective clients to support lending growth.
- Assists in implementation of government-assisted lending programs and related financing initiatives.
- Prepares reports, presentations, and loan monitoring documents required by Management.
- Performs such other duties and functions as may be assigned by Management or the President
