Production helper

Job description and responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly of heavy trucks and equipment components as directed.
• Prepare work areas and materials for production activities (e.g., staging parts, organizing tools, cleaning).
• Load and unload parts from machines and assembly stations.
• Perform basic hand and power tool operations under supervision.
• Clean and maintain production area daily according to established safety ordinances and documented standards.

Qualifications:

• At least with Elementary Education.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and mechanical processes.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to noise, heat, and industrial materials.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
