Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Salary: Up to ₱80,000 Salary Package (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Night Shift

Join a leading healthcare BPO and take the next step in your career as a USRN Quality Analyst. We're looking for experienced healthcare quality professionals with strong auditing and coaching experience in a US healthcare account.

Qualifications

Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License
Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) License (New York License preferred)
At least 2 years of Quality Analyst experience in a US Healthcare BPO environment
Strong experience in:
Call auditing and quality monitoring
Ensuring adherence to quality guidelines
Coaching and providing performance feedback
People management
OR at least 2 years of Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience with auditing, coaching, or providing feedback in a US healthcare account
Strong healthcare background
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Amenable to a night shift schedule
