Job Summary

A Hotel Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and orderliness of guest rooms and hotel facilities while providing courteous and efficient service to guests. The position helps ensure guest satisfaction and supports smooth hotel operations.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Change bed linens, pillowcases, towels, and replenish guest supplies
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
• Check room equipment and report damages or maintenance concerns
• Refill toiletries, drinking water, coffee, tissue, and hotel amenities
• Ensure rooms are prepared before guest check-in
• Respond politely to guest requests and concerns
• Collect and segregate used linens and trash properly
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisor regarding room status
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist in laundry or other housekeeping duties when required
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest belongings

• High school graduate or vocational graduate
• Experience in hotel housekeeping is an advantage
• Willing to work long hours
• Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy
• Good grooming and personal hygiene
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
