Is currently looking for:

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles software development requirements of concerned Business Units in Prime, SAP, HRIS, websites, and other systems.
• Designs, codes, tests, and maintains software applications tailored to meet the needs of various departments.
• Analyzes user requirements and business needs to develop technical solutions.
• Develops custom modules and integrations for internal and client-facing systems.
• Performs debugging, troubleshooting, and upgrading of existing applications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation for internal use and client reference.
• Ensures applications comply with corporate security and data privacy standards.
• Supports project lifecycle from planning to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field.
• Proven experience in programming in a corporate or multi-industry setting.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. SQL, JavaScript, HTML & CSS, PHP, Python or Ruby, C or C++, and others.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
