Job Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Drilling Rig Operator
- Skilled in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting drilling rigs and related equipment
- With TESDA Crane Operation Training Certificate (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of drilling safety standards and procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in field conditions
- With valid driver’s license (restriction code for heavy vehicles is an advantage)
- Willing to be assigned to different project sites and work flexible hours
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills
