We are mass hiring Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives across our Metro Manila sites!✨ Looking for a ONE DAY HIRING PROCESS? We got you! Also, we are open for applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE.
Job Responsibilities:- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
