The ideal candidate operates at an elite level and brings both technical proficiency and strategic vision to every campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Build and execute full-funnel advertising strategies tailored to each client's goals and industry
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models
- Design and manage retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
- Conduct creative testing (ad copy, visuals, formats) and iterate based on performance data
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
- Scale successful campaigns strategically based on data-driven performance benchmarks
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns specifically for local service businesses
- Provide regular performance reports with clear recommendations for optimization
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and emerging paid media trends
- Collaborate closely with the team to align advertising strategy with broader client growth goals
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven advanced experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong expertise in campaign strategy, not just setup — including audience targeting, bid strategy, budget allocation, and funnel design
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution across platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Experience with A/B and multivariate creative testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable optimizations
- Proven track record of improving ROI and scaling campaigns profitably
- Lead generation experience, particularly for service-based or local businesses
- Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights clearly
Preferred Skills:
- Direct experience generating leads for home service industries such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or construction
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads campaign management
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking tools
- Background working in or with digital marketing agencies
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once while maintaining performance standards
- Experience creating performance dashboards and automated reporting
