Job Description – Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans as needed.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
  1. Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Manage and create content for the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Track social media engagement and analytics to improve audience reach and engagement.
  • Assist in SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies to increase brand visibility.
  1. Content Creation & Branding
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all platforms.
  • Write, edit, and proofread website content, blog articles, and press releases.
  1. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitors' strategies.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities to improve brand positioning.
  • Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance to refine marketing efforts.
  1. Event Planning & Public Relations
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with media partners for press releases, interviews, and public relations initiatives.
  • Assist in handling customer engagement programs and brand partnerships.
  1. Sales Support & Lead Generation
  • Work with the sales team to create marketing materials and presentations for clients.
  • Generate leads through email marketing, networking, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the conversion rates of marketing efforts into sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
