Project Architect

The Project Architect supports the design and coordination of architectural projects, assisting in all phases from concept to construction. The role involves preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards while developing leadership skills in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and preparation of drawings, presentations, and technical documents.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors under the supervision of senior staff.

Support project schedules, deliverables, and documentation.

Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports.

Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and company guidelines.

Collaborate with the design team and contribute creative ideas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Licensed Architect or working towards licensure is an advantage.

2–3 years of professional architectural experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (or similar tools).

Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
