About the Program

The I CAN Internship Program (Connect, Achieve, Navigate) of Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CPFI) is a structured, mentor-led program designed to prepare students for real-world careers in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Through hands-on learning, exposure to our business operations, and mentorship from industry professionals, you will gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to succeed in your future career.

• Students from CHED-accredited institutions (preferably 3rd or 4th year)
• Endorsed by your school or may apply directly
• With strong academic standing (Dean’s/President’s Listers preferred)
• Must submit: medical clearance and parent/guardian consent (per CHED CMO 104, s.2017)

• 720-hour internship (with possible extension)
• Dedicated mentor guiding you throughout your journey
• Exposure to CPFI’s core business functions (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, IT, etc.)
• Capstone Project aligned with your field of study
• Certificate of Completion + potential career opportunities for top-performing interns
