Sales Executive - Urgent

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team in Davao. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and career development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Prospect and generate new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field activities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and successfully close sales transactions
- Deliver excellent customer service and reliable after-sales support
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales reports, records, and client databases
- Perform regular client visits and follow-up activities
QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course✔ At least 1–2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
✔ Experience in construction and engineering products is an advantage
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Customer-focused, motivated, and results-oriented
✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Willing to be assigned in Maa, Davao
✔ Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to do field work
