Maintenance Supervisor ( For Pooling) - Muntinlupa

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of vehicles. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will involve supervising a team of maintenance technicians to ensure our vehicles are in optimal condition and ready to serve our customers.

• Supervise a team of facilities maintenance personnel and coordinate their daily activities
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure maintenance is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and report on the performance
• Identify and resolve any maintenance-related issues or concerns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
• Assist in the budgeting and procurement of maintenance-related equipment and supplies

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of building facilities maintenance.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer for AKIC Hotel compliance with RA8495.
• Knowledgeable in equipment maintenance, quantity surveying, and reporting.
• Amenable to a night shift.
• Proven track record of effectively leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations in the construction/transportation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical staff
• Computer literate.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure
