Job Details:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end export operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely and compliant international shipments while maintaining excellent communication with customers and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and verify all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments via air and sea freight, including booking cargo with carriers and freight forwarders
  • Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations, export laws, and custom requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order processing and providing real-time shipment updates
  • Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and logistics-related issues efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams, warehouses, and external logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or import/export operations
  • Strong understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations
  • Experience with logistics or ERP systems (e.g., freight management software)
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
