Duties and Responsibilities- Verifies prices of consultations, tests, surgeries, procedures or operations prior to charging;
- Receives payment and issue official receipts;
- Prepares and processes Daily Collection report;
- Prepares deposit slip;
- Ensures and maintains change fund is sufficient;
- Maintains custody of patient medical records, ensuring proper filing, completeness, and confidentiality
- Retrieves and releases records to authorized personnel only, in line with data privacy requirements
- Encodes and updates patient information in the records system
- Conducts periodic inventory of records and safeguards against loss, damage, or unauthorized access
