Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Pampanga

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit accuracy and completeness of product data in the company PIM, work with appropriate teams for data completion or corrections so product setups can occur smoothly.
  • Summarize and report issues to the Merchandising Supervisor and Ecommerce Manager regularly.
  • Support the Merchandising team on projects and tasks as needed, such as pulling sales, ERP, or digital shelf analytics reporting, updating project trackers or ecommerce fields in the PIM system, or completing tasks in retailer portals
  • Regularly perform retailer PDP audits to ensure accuracy and completeness in terms of availability, marketing copy, assets, pricing, and product reviews; action any corrections as needed
  • Routinely collaborate with sales account managers to ensure timely assortment setups, optimized product pages, operational inventory feeds, and best in class consumer experience for new product launches, existing assortment, and items on promotion
  • Maintain accurate records of all account assortments, including item logs and dashboards by product and account
  • Validate client pricing and collaborate with sales team to resolve discrepancies in assortment pricing
  • Review account assortments and collaborate with sales account managers to ensure assortment is optimized and complete
  • Perform all other duties as directed by the Ecommerce Team Leaders.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • Expert level proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Internet and Gmail.
  • Experience with an ERP system, NetSuite is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Shopify, Amazon, Retailer.com, Smartsheets
