Customer Service Representative

Job Description

The customer service representative will be responsible for answering calls, provide product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.

Qualifications
  • Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Preferred background in the following
  • Utilities, Collection and Mortgage
  • preferred but not a requirement
  • Flexible to cross trained to different LOBs as needed by the business
  • Excellent Communication skills
Requirements
  • At least 2nd year college educational attainment
  • With at least 2 years experience working as a customer service representative in the BPO industry
  • Must have the following documents ready - TOR (Transcript of records) or diploma, 3 months payslip and SSS employment history
  • 100% onsite work arrangement
  • Flexible to rotational shift schedule arrangement
