Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Process Analyst at InsBOSS USA, Inc.The Process Analyst supports the optimization manager in analyzing, mapping, and documenting end-to-end business workflows. This role is crucial for executing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that new and existing processes are accurately documented, and gathering performance data to drive efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a business analysis, operational support, or
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,
- Methodology Familiarity: Basic working knowledge of continuous improvement
methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other structured
improvement methods.- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze and interpret process data and create clear
- Tools: Proficiency in creating basic flowcharts or process maps (e.g., using Visio,
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills,
and a willingness to support change management initiatives are complemented by the
drive to continuously learn and improve, making you a collaborative and effective team
player.
Preferred but not required:
- A certification such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or a foundational Business Process
- Familiarity with process management software, collaboration tools (e.g., Zoho Projects,
Trello Asana, ClickUp), and basic automation tools.
