Job Description:

A Customer Service Assistant is an Entry-Level Position. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. This is a hybrid contractual position where you can work in the heart of BGC and at the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Conversion: Actively manage and convert inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube into confirmed sales for SimplyNature PPARs products.
  • Maximize Engagement: Conduct aggressive inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure rapid response times and close deals effectively.
  • Client Retention: Build strong relationships with existing clients through strategic engagement to secure repeat purchases and long-term loyalty.
  • Live Hosting: confidentially host live-selling sessions for online shops and present during Online/Onsite Webinars to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide compassionate, accurate, and persuasive assistance to clients regarding healthcare services and product administration.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate seamlessly with the Logistics Department to ensure timely delivery of client orders.
  • Reporting: Update the daily tracker with precision and report productivity and sales figures to management.
  • Problem Solving: Escalate and resolve urgent client matters immediately to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: Open to High School Graduates, Undergraduates, or Vocational Grads. (College Degree is a plus, but NOT required).
  • Experience: Must have proven experience in Sales (Inbound/Outbound) or Customer Service with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Sales Mindset: A true go-getter who is money-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to maximize earnings through incentives/commissions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be articulate and persuasive.
  • Hosting Skills: "Camera-ready" confidence with the ability to host energetic live streams and webinars.
  • Tech Savvy: Fast typer and proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with CRM software is a definite plus.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, resilient (can handle rejection), and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Background: Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare processes is an advantage, but willingness to learn is key.
  • Availability: Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (including weekends) and must be punctual.
  • Location: Preferably resides near BGC, Taguig or willing to work on-site daily.
