Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Key Account Assistant to support the Key Account team in managing corporate clients, coordinating account requirements, and ensuring efficient sales operations.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing day-to-day activities of key corporate accounts
- Support client communications and coordinate meetings
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests
- Monitor account updates and assist in resolving client concerns
- Provide administrative support to the Key Account team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support, account management, or B2B sales
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
