Key Account Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Key Account Assistant to support the Key Account team in managing corporate clients, coordinating account requirements, and ensuring efficient sales operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day activities of key corporate accounts
  • Support client communications and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests
  • Monitor account updates and assist in resolving client concerns
  • Provide administrative support to the Key Account team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support, account management, or B2B sales
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
